In February of 2006 I did a networking seminar at the University if Minnesota for two leadership groups. A couple of weeks later one of the students asked me if I knew of any networking groups in New York City for public relations and/or marketing.
Not knowing the answer I contacted a recent contact on LinkedIn. Unfortunately, her response was “tell the student to ask Google”.
That was not the answer the student nor I was hoping for.
It should be easier and quicker than that to find this type of information on the Internet. So in my free time I started collecting this information and posted on this site.
